.We do like to be helpful!
We live in Herefordshire, a county renowned for growing apples and pears, and on our farm we have an orchard with some beautiful pear trees. At this time of year Amanda picks most of them before they fall to the ground and we can eat them.
(She says that eating lots of pears would give us a tummy ache, but we are willing to see if that is true!).
Today she put all these pears into a strange machine which squashed them hard until all the juice ran out.
Silas and Gloria were on hand to make sure that not a drop was lost!
